3.Product Description
CF series centrifugal air blower are designed for high efficiency ventilation and low noise environment, and are widely used in commercial buildings, industrial plants, clean workshops and air conditioning systems.
CF series centrifugal air blower adopts forward multi-wing centrifugal impeller structure, combined with aerodynamic optimization technology, to ensure smooth airflow output, significantly reduce operating noise, while taking into account high efficiency performance, air volume covers 830~7,000m³/h, can be customized air intake direction (0°~270° adjustment) and explosion-proof, frequency conversion and other special configuration. Suitable for various scenarios.
4.Fan Operation
Position selection and fixation: Install the CF centrifugal air blower in a stable and flat position, and secure the base with anchor bolts (for high-power models, the base must be embedded with concrete).
Safe lifting: Use lifting equipment to lift the CF centrifugal air blower vertically and adjust the base to keep it level.
Connecting pipes: Soft joints are installed at the inlet and outlet of the CF centrifugal air blower to connect the external pipes (avoid pulling and reduce vibration).
Wiring test: A professional electrician connects the power cord and grounding protection of the CF centrifugal air blower. The point test direction is consistent with the arrow direction.
