      According to the physical and chemical properties of the gas to be transported, choose different uses of the axial duct fan. If clean air is transported, tube axial fan should be selected. To transport flammable and explosive gases, explosion proof axial fan should be selected. When transporting corrosive gases, PVC tube axial fan should be selected.

4.Fan Operation

• When installing the SF axial duct fan, it is necessary to understand the installation position of the fan, the surrounding environment, and the pipeline layout.

• Place the SF tube axial fan and tighten it with bolts and other fixed parts to ensure that the fan is firmly installed and avoid falling off.

• Connect the power supply to the control system according to the model and specification of the SF tube axial fan.

• Ensure that the power supply is normal and the control system is stable and reliable.After the SF tube axial fan is installed, check whether the tube axial fan runs smoothly and the ventilation effect meets the expectations.

5.Fan Maintain

• Regularly clean the dust and dirt from the blades of SF Series high volume low speed fan.

• Regularly check the bearing wear of SF Series high volume low speed fan and the cleanliness and oil level of lubricating oil.

• Regularly check the motor of SF Series high volume low speed fan to ensure normal operation of the motor, no overheating, leakage and other safety hazards.

• During regular maintenance, all fasteners should be checked and tightened one by one to ensure the stability of the SF Series ac axial fan 220V/380V.
