4.Fan Operation

• Choose a well-ventilated location that is protected from direct sunlight and rain. At the same time, the impact of the operating noise and vibration of the E type belt driven centrifugal fan on the surrounding environment should be taken into account.

• Build a solid foundation according to the size and weight of the E type Centrifugal exhaust blower. The foundation should be flat and able to withstand the vibration and weight of the fan during operation.

• Place the E type Centrifugal exhaust blower on the foundation, fix it with appropriate fasteners, and adjust the levelness and verticality of the fan.

• Connect import and export pipes according to design requirements to ensure tight connection without air leakage.  Connect the electrical lines according to the electrical drawings to ensure that the wiring is correct and secure.

• Before the formal operation, the test run is carried out to check whether the vibration, noise and temperature of the E type Centrifugal exhaust blower are normal, and the necessary adjustments are made.

5.Fan Maintain

• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the E type belt driven fan to prevent ash accumulation.

• Regularly check whether the motor and transmission parts of E type belt drive fans are working properly, and replace the worn parts in time.

• Regularly add lubricating oil to the lubricating transmission parts of the E type Single inlet centrifugal fan to reduce friction and wear.
