1.Typical Feature and Application

3.Product Description

     13-48-C heavy centrifugal fan is a special fan for cabinet fume purification derived from 13-48-A fan. The C-type belt drive can adjust the performance parameters of the fan by changing the transmission ratio of the belt pulley.

• Bearings: 13-48-C heavy centrifugal fan adopts imported bearings, quality and service life are more guaranteed.

• Refueling nozzle: 13-48-C heavy duty centrifugal fan shell is equipped with refueling nozzle, bearing can be refueling without removing the pipeline, making daily maintenance more convenient. Regular refueling and maintenance of bearings can ensure the duration of service life.

• Oil drain hole: 13-48-C heavy duty centrifugal fan shell is provided with oil drain hole, installation can be connected to the oil pipe, so that the liquid flow from the oil drain nozzle, thereby reducing the number of liquid cleaning.

• Cleaning door: The cleaning door is designed on the 13-48-C heavy centrifugal fan housing, the user does not need to remove the fan to clean and maintain the impeller, just open the cleaning door, saving time and effort.

• 13-48-C heavy duty centrifugal fan motor mounted on the top of the housing, compact structure, less space. Can realize 0°, 90°, 180°, 270° four Angle interchange.

• 13-48-C heavy centrifugal fan motor is installed on the base structure, the fan stability is good, especially suitable for large fans, but the area is relatively large. The three angles of 0°, 90° and 180° can be exchanged.

4.Fan Operation

• Determine the installation position; The best installation location of the 13-48 Series centrifugal air mover should be selected according to the characteristics and needs of the workplace. The installation position should be a certain distance from the wall, ceiling and other obstacles to ensure the normal operation of the fan.

• Mounting bracket; According to the model and size of the 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan, select the appropriate bracket for installation. The support needs to have sufficient strength and stability to carry the weight and vibration of the commercial kitchen exhaust fan. When installing the bracket, keep it horizontal and vertical to avoid tilting or shaking.

• Connecting pipes; According to the actual needs, choose the appropriate pipe to connect the 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan. The connection of the pipeline should be tight and reliable to prevent air leakage and pressure loss. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that the path of the pipeline is smooth to avoid bending and blocking.

• Fixed centrifugal fan; After the installation position and bracket are determined, the 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan is fixed on the bracket. The fastening method can be bolted or welded to ensure that the connection between the fan and the support is firm and reliable.

• Adjust the fan Angle; After the installation is completed, the Angle of the 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan needs to be adjusted according to the actual needs. Adjusting the fan Angle can change the wind direction and wind pressure to meet different ventilation requirements.

• Connect the power supply; The last step is to connect the power supply to the 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan. Before connecting the power supply, ensure that the power supply is stable and reliable to ensure the normal operation of the centrifugal fan. 6.Fan Maintain

• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan to prevent ash accumulation.

• For 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan equipped with filter devices, check and clean the filter screen regularly to avoid dust clogging the filter screen and affecting the ventilation effect.

• Regularly check whether the motor and transmission parts of 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan are working properly, and replace the worn parts in time.

• Regularly add lubricating oil to the lubricating transmission parts of the 13-48 Series commercial kitchen exhaust fan to reduce friction and wear.
