4.Fan Operation

• Check the bearing capacity of the wall (at least twice the weight of the fan). Prepare tools such as an electric drill, expansion screws, and a level, and check whether the wall mounted fan accessories are complete.

• Determine the installation height of the wall mounted fan according to the ventilation requirements. Use a level to mark the fixing positions of the support and ensure that they are aligned horizontally.

• Drill holes at the marked points, drive in the expansion screws, firmly fix the support to the wall, and check the levelness again.

• Align the wall mounted fan body with the support card slot, secure the fan by bolts, connect the power cable (power off), and ensure cable insulation.

• After power-on, test whether the wall mounted fan runs smoothly, check the normal function of shaking head and speed regulation, and observe whether there is abnormal vibration or noise.

5.Fan Maintain

• Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the wind blade and the net of the industrial wall fan to avoid dust affecting the heat dissipation and air volume.

• Regularly check whether the support and screws of the warehouse exhaust fans are loose to ensure stable installation.

• Add lubricating oil to the motor bearing of the industrial oscillating fan every quarter to reduce wear.
