1.Typical Feature and Application

3.Product Description
9-26 Industrial high pressure centrifugal blower transmission mode is A/D two:
Type A: Direct motor drive, compact structure, easy maintenance. 3.5~6.3# machine adopts this transmission mode
Type D: coupling drive, the structure is connected: that is, the fan, the transmission group, the motor are all assembled on the same rigid base, which reduces the installation difficulty of the customer and greatly shortens the on-site installation and commissioning cycle. 7.1# and above machine numbers adopt this transmission mode.
4.Fan Operation
Determine the installation position: The installation position of high pressure centrifugal fan should be kept at a certain distance from obstacles such as walls and ceiling to ensure the normal operation of the fans.
Mounting bracket: According to the model and size of the fan choose a bracket with sufficient strength and stability to carry the weight and vibration of the high pressure centrifugal fan.
Connect the inlet/outlet: Use soft connections (canvas/rubber) to reduce vibration transmission, and add sealing strips between flanges to prevent air leakage. The external air duct should be independently supported to avoid weight loading on the high pressure centrifugal fan.
Connect the power supply: Before connecting the power supply, ensure that the power supply is stable and reliable to ensure the normal operation of the high pressure centrifugal fan.
5.Fan Maintain
Regularly clean the inside and outside of the 9-26 Industrial high pressure centrifugal blower to prevent ash accumulation.
