The C6-48-C series industrial extractor fan is designed for the efficient treatment of air mixtures containing wood chips, fibers and dust. It adopts the centrifugal working principle and has the characteristics of high air volume and high wind pressure. The impeller is treated with special wear-resistant process and optimized flow path structure design, which effectively reduces dust accumulation and significantly prolongs service life, becoming an ideal choice in the field of industrial dust emission.

The C6-48-C series industrial extractor fan is suitable for conveying air or similar non-flammable and explosive, non-corrosive and does not contain viscous substances and long fibers medium, medium temperature range -20℃ to 80℃, relative humidity below 90%, dust and hard particulate matter content ≤350mg/m³.

4.Fan Operation

• When installing the industrial extractor fan, select a well-ventilated site that is protected from direct sunlight and rain, and evaluate the impact of noise and vibration on the surrounding environment.

• Design the concrete foundation according to the size and weight of the industrial extractor fan, ensure that the foundation surface is smooth and the bearing capacity is sufficient, and reserve the anchor bolt holes.

• Connect the air inlet and outlet pipes according to the industrial extractor fan design drawings. Connect the pipes with flanges, install flexible joints, tighten the bolts evenly, and use sealant or gaskets at the joints to prevent air leakage.

• Connect cables according to the motor nameplate of the industrial extractor fan to ensure that the phase of the power supply is correct and reliably grounded. The cables must be protected through pipes.

• Start the large industrial fan without load, gradually load to the rated working condition, and continue to run for more than 30 minutes. Stop troubleshooting immediately when abnormal.
