      ‌ CF Series stainless exhaust fan is a kind of fan made of 304 stainless steel material, has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high pressure resistance. Its shell and impeller are made of stainless steel material, suitable for high temperature, corrosive environment, widely used in industry, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, nuclear power plant and other fields.

       The installation form of CF Series stainless exhaust fan includes two kinds of right-handed and left-handed, the outlet position can be adjusted from 0° to 255°, and the transmission mode is direct transmission. The structure design of CF Series stainless exhaust fan is reasonable and easy to maintain, which is helpful to reduce the operating costs of enterprises.

4.Fan Operation

• Determine the installation position;  The best installation location of the CF stainless exhaust fan should be selected according to the characteristics and needs of the workplace.

• Mounting bracket;   According to the model and size of the CF stainless exhaust fan, select the appropriate support for installation. When installing a support, keep it horizontal and vertical to avoid tilting and shaking.

• Connecting pipes;   Select an appropriate pipe to connect the CF stainless exhaust fan as required. The connection of the pipeline should be tight and reliable to prevent air leakage and pressure loss.

• Fixed centrifugal fan;  After determining the installation position and support, fix the CF stainless exhaust fan on the support. Fastening methods can be bolted or welded to ensure that the connection between the fan and the support is firm and reliable.

• Adjust the fan Angle;  After the CF stainless exhaust fan is installed, adjust the Angle of the exhaust fan as required.

• Connect the power supply; The last step is to connect the power to the CF stainless exhaust fan. Before connecting the power supply, ensure that the power supply is stable and reliable to ensure the normal operation of the centrifugal fan.

6.Fan Maintain

• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the CF 1000 cfm centrifugal blower to prevent ash accumulation.
