1.Typical Feature and Application
ET series vane axial fan blades can be manually adjusted in the range of 0°~ 30° to match different air volume requirements, suitable for variable working conditions.
The blades of ET series vane axial fan are made of aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, and can reduce the weight by 30% compared with traditional steel blades and extend the life of the motor.
ET series vane axial fan adopts optimized blade design, reducing energy consumption by 10%-15%, running noise ≤65dB, quiet suitable for office and laboratory.
ET series vane axial fan is used to transport non-corrosive and non-obvious gray gas, the dust and hard particles in the gas are not more than 150mg/m³, and the gas temperature is not more than 50℃.
ET series vane axial fan has 13 different sizes such as 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 560mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1120mm, 1250mm.

4.Fan Operation
Please ensure that the ET series Industrial extractor fan is installed in a well-ventilated place with stable support and away from high temperature sources and vibration.
Place the Industrial extractor fan horizontally on the support or wall base and fasten it with bolts to ensure that the fuselage does not tilt (horizontal calibration).
Before connecting the cables of the Industrial extractor fan, disconnect the power supply and connect the motor cables (three-phase or single-phase) according to the label.
Grounding cables must be securely connected. Manually rotate the blades of the Industrial extractor fan to ensure that there is no stuck, loosen the adjusting screw, adjust the blade Angle to the target gear (0°-30°), and then lock.
Observe the wind direction, vibration and noise of Industrial extractor fan during operation and fine-tune the Angle for optimal performance.
5.Fan Maintain
Regularly clean the dust accumulation of the protective net and blade of the ET vane axial fan (once a month is recommended), and wipe the oil environment with neutral detergent
Regularly test the motor bearings of the ET vane axial fan, and fill the motor bearings with high temperature grease every 6 months to reduce friction loss.
Regularly check whether the ET vane axial fan is loose or deformed, and tighten the adjusting screws to ensure safe and stable operation.
Regularly check the aging of the anti-vibration pad of the ET vane axial fan, and replace it in time if there are cracks and deformation.
If the ET vane axial fan is disabled for a long time, cover it with a dust cover after cleaning and keep it dry and ventilated.
