1.Typical Feature and Application

• The FMT dust collector fan is a single inlet air with a wide impeller after inclination.

3.Product Description

This series of Stand Type Purifying Centrifugal Fans and Blowers is installed vertically and can be directly installed on the top of the coater. The rear cover plate of the fan is designed as a clamshell structure, which can be maintained and cleaned together with the impeller for fan and the motor. A cleaning door is designed on the vortex shell to facilitate the cleaning of residues inside the vortex shell. This series of fans are divided into left and right rotation regardless of Angle. (Type A and type E are available upon request)

4.Fan Operation

• Choose a well-ventilated location that is protected from direct sunlight and rain. At the same time, the impact of the operating noise and vibration of the FMT centrifugal fan exhaust on the surrounding environment should be taken into account.

• Build a solid foundation according to the size and weight of the FMT exhaust fan sentrifugal fan. The foundation should be flat and able to withstand the vibration and weight of the fan during operation.

• Place a shock pad or shock absorber on the foundation, and then place the FMT Centrifugal fans and blowers on the foundation to ensure good contact between the fan and the foundation.

• Connect intake and exhaust ducts according to design requirements. Make sure all connections are well sealed to prevent air leakage.

• Wiring according to electrical specifications, ensure that the motor wiring is correct, and ground treatment.

• Before connecting the power supply, manually turn the FMT Centrifugal fans and blowers to check that the rotation direction is correct.

• Before the formal operation, the test run is carried out to check whether the vibration, noise and temperature of the FMT Centrifugal fans and blowers are normal, and the necessary adjustments are made.

6.Fan Maintain

• Regularly clean the inside and outside of the FMT dust collector fan fansto prevent ash accumulation.

• Regularly check whether the motor and transmission parts of FMT dust collector fan are working properly, and replace the worn parts in time.

• Regularly add lubricating oil to the lubricating transmission parts of the FMT dust collector fan to reduce friction and wear.
