4.Fan Operation
Before installing the high temp fan, check whether the fan is damaged and deformed due to packaging and transportation.
When installing the high temperature exhaust fan, pay attention to check whether the connected parts are loose, the clearance between the blade and the ventilator should be uniform, and no scratch.
When installing the duct fan to connect the air duct, special attention should be paid to the weight of the pipe connecting the air outlet should not be borne by the air duct of the fan, and additional support should be added during installation.
The base of the industrial high temp exhaust fan must be naturally connected with the plane of the foundation, and the base must not be forcibly connected by knocking to prevent the deformation of the base, and the horizontal position should be maintained during installation.
After the installation of the duct fan, it must be tested first, and it can be formally used after normal operation.
5.Fan Maintain
Regularly clean the blades and housing of the duct fan to avoid clogging and affecting the air volume.
Regularly check whether the duct fan motor wiring and screws are loose to ensure stable operation.
The bearings of duct fan need to be lubricated once a quarter to reduce wear.
