1.Typical Feature and Application


  • GWS-II Series two way exhaust fan adopts high temperature resistant motor and aluminum alloy wind blade, which can run stably in continuous high temperature environment, and is suitable for high temperature scenarios such as metallurgy and chemical industry.

3.Product Description


GWS-II series high temperature fan are designed for harsh industrial environments such as high temperature and humidity. Its adopts high temperature motor and aluminum alloy wind blade, which can operate stably under continuous high temperature (H-class high-temperature motor up to 180℃) environment, and the protection level is IP54, effectively resisting wet gas. The high temperature fan supports multi-angle installation and wind direction adjustment, and is equipped with adjustable blades to flexibly adapt to complex space ventilation requirements. Optimize the impeller structure to improve the wind efficiency by 20%, reduce energy consumption by 15%, greatly extend the service life, convenient maintenance and low cost. The high temperature fan suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, tunnel and other scenarios, it is a reliable ventilation solution in high temperature and high humidity fields.



4.Fan Operation


  • Ensure that the location where the high temperature fan is installed is well ventilated and clear of obstacles.

  • Reserve holes based on the size of the high temperature fan, and securely install the support on the wall or device using bolts.

  • Connect the high temperature fan to the power supply according to the wiring diagram (power off), ensure that the ground cable is securely connected, and install protective tubes on the exposed cables.

  • After the high temperature fan is powered on, test run to check whether the steering, vibration and noise are normal, and fine-tune the blade Angle if necessary.



5.Fan Maintain


  • A comprehensive maintenance of the GWS-II Series two way exhaust fan should be carried out every year, including cleaning the dirt on the axial impeller.

  • Regularly monitor the operation of the GWS-II Series two way exhaust fan, including vibration, noise and current, to ensure that the fan is operating within the rated current range.

  • Regularly check the use of the GWS-II Series two way exhaust fan, replace the oil every 3-6 months, to ensure the normal operation of the bearing and transmission system.
