1.Typical Feature and Application

• The SF-G Series high speed fan adopts aluminum alloy blade, which has the characteristics of light weight and high strength.

• The impeller of the SF-G Series high speed fan is calibrated by precise dynamic balance and combined with the constant high speed design of 2800rpm, the vibration is minimal during operation, ensuring long-term stable output wind pressure and reducing the risk of mechanical wear.

• The SF-G Series high speed fan generates large air volume through high-speed rotating impeller, which is suitable for ventilation, smoke exhaust or air supply in various scenes such as factory workshops, underground garages and agricultural greenhouses.

       SF-G Series high speed fan is a durable and efficient equipment designed for pipe ventilation, using lightweight aluminum alloy blades, 2800 RPM high speed can output strong wind, easily cope with long distance pipe ventilation, smoke exhaust needs. Support custom explosion-proof models, equipped with Ex explosion-proof certified motors, suitable for chemical workshops, oil depots and other flammable and explosive places, to ensure safe operation. 

       The high speed fan has low energy consumption, low noise, suitable for 200-600 mm round/square pipeline, ready to use, daily maintenance only needs simple cleaning, can work stably in -20℃ to 60℃ and humid environment, is a safe and efficient solution for ventilation upgrading in factories, garages, hazardous places, etc.

4.Fan Operation

• Check whether the model of the high speed wall fan matches the size of the pipeline, and prepare tools such as bolts and sealant

• Make holes in the reserved installation position of the pipeline, and fix the high speed wall fan with a support or a boom to ensure that it is placed horizontally to avoid vibration.

• Align the flange of the high speed wall fan with the flange of the pipeline, install the sealing gasket, tighten the bolt evenly to prevent air leakage.

• Connect to the power supply according to the requirements of the motor nameplate of the high speed wall fan, and the ground cable must be firm.

• Power test the operation of the high speed wall fan, observe whether the steering is consistent with the sign, detect whether the noise and vibration are normal.

5.Fan Maintain

• Regularly clean the high speed wall fan, clean the shell and blade dust every month, and clean the filter once every two weeks.

• It is recommended to grease the bearing of the high speed wall fan every six months to reduce wear.

• It is recommended to check whether the bolts and supports of the high speed fan are loose every quarter.

• If the high speed fan is found to have abnormal noise or vibration, the maintenance should be stopped immediately.
