      4-72-C Smoke extractor fan is a common industrial fan products, because of its high efficiency, widely used in industrial and mining plants and civil buildings, large public buildings, power plants and other places, can also be used as air treatment facilities, hot air circulation facilities supporting equipment.  It is divided into two categories: 4-72-A and 4-72-C. It's basic parameters and performance are as follows:

• Type C is a belt driven type with a fan driven by belt and pulley.
  

• 4-72-C Smoke extractor fan, the conveying medium should be air or gas, non-corrosive, non-flammable and explosive, non-viscous gas, the content of dust and hard particles contained in the gas is not more than 150mg/m.

4.Fan Operation

• Base installation: Determine the base size and height according to the huge industrial fan model, ensure that the foundation is firm and level, and the anchor bolt hole position is accurate.

• Securing the fan: Use a lifting device to move the giant industrial fan to the foundation, align the fan with the anchor bolt holes, and secure the fan with the vertical axis.

• Connect the pipe: Connect the huge industrial fan to the air pipe to ensure sealing, avoid bending and deformation of the pipe, and prevent the weight of the pipe from being added to the fan.

• Huge industrial fan wiring: strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's standard wiring, to ensure the safety and stability of the interface.

• Operation test: check whether the operation of the huge industrial fan is normal and stable, pay attention to the current does not exceed the rated value.

5.Fan Maintain

• Regularly remove dust and debris inside the giant industrial fan and on the blades.
