       The medium pressure ventilation fan is specially designed for industrial medium pressure requirements, equipped with efficient and energy-saving motors, the flow rate covers 420~10000m³/h, to meet the pneumatic conveying, waste gas treatment and other scenarios.The compact structure of the medium pressure ventilation fan supports flexible horizontal/vertical installation, and the inlet and outlet can be customized to fit the narrow space.  Optional explosion-proof version, widely used in food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields, with high reliability, low energy consumption as the core advantages, to help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.

4.Fan Operation

• When installing the ventilation fan, ensure that the fan base is firmly in contact with the ground to prevent the fan from falling off after vibration.

• When installing the ventilation fan, pay attention to whether there is blockage around, such as pipes, walls, etc., to ensure that the fan can normally inhale and discharge air.

• The power connection of the ventilation fan should meet the electrical safety standards to ensure that the wiring is correct and firm, so as not to cause circuit problems.

• After the installation is complete, check the running status of the ventilation fan and the wear of the parts regularly, and maintain and replace the turbine blower in time.

5.Fan Maintain

• Clean ventilation blower inside and outside regularly to prevent ash accumulation.

• Regularly check whether the motor and transmission parts of ventilation blower work normally, and replace the worn parts in time.

• Lubricating oil should be added regularly to the lubricating transmission part of ac centrifugal blower to reduce friction and wear.
