1.Typical Feature and Application

• The JY stainless steel range hood fan is made of stainless steel shell and aluminum alloy blade, with good corrosion resistance, can adapt to the needs of wet and corrosive environment.

• Before installing JY stainless steel industrial fans, check whether the fan is damaged and deformed due to packaging and transportation.  If it is damaged and deformed, it can be installed only after repair.

• When installing JY stainless steel industrial fans, pay attention to check whether the connected parts are loose, the clearance between the blade and the ventilator should be uniform, and no scratch.

• After the installation of JY stainless steel industrial fans, it must be tested first, and it can be formally used after normal operation.

6.Fan Maintain

• A comprehensive maintenance of the JY stainless steel outdoor fan should be carried out every year, including cleaning the dirt on the impeller.

• Regularly monitor the operation of the JY stainless steel industrial fans, including vibration, noise and current, to ensure that the fan is operating within the rated current range.

• Add appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the bearings of JY stainless steel industrial fans regularly to keep the bearings lubricated.

• Through the above maintenance measures, the service life of the JY stainless steel industrial fans can be effectively extended and the possibility of failure can be reduced.
