3.Product Description
The YF9-63 centrifugal exhaust fan adopts the forward curved multi-wing wind turbine design, which has the advantages of low noise, large air volume, less power consumption, strong structure and small shape volume, convenient installation and maintenance, novel and beautiful machine.The conveying air is non-corrosive, non-spontaneous combustion, non-viscous gas, medium temperature ≤80℃, dust and hard particles ≤150mg/.
      The YF9-63 centrifugal exhaust fan is not suitable for long-term operation in the fully open form (that is, the air inlet and air outlet of the fan are not connected to the pipeline). Because the fan performance is unstable in this state, and in this case, the centrifugal fan standard configuration of the motor is in a state of overload, long-term use will cause the motor to burn. Short test runs are allowed.
4.Fan Operation
Determine the installation method for the base of the YF9-63 industrial blower fans. The fan base can be installed on the ground or on a support.
Place the YF9-63 industrial blower fans horizontally on the base, and secure the fan to the base using bolts or other tools.
Check whether the power cable voltage matches the rated voltage of the YF9-63 industrial blower fans to confirm the power supply reliability.
Connect the power cable to the control system and adjust the fan running direction.Install pipes or joints according to inlet and outlet dimensions. Pay attention to the sealing of the pipe connection to avoid air leakage affecting the performance of the YF9-63 industrial blower fans.
After installation, the YF9-63 industrial blower fans was debugs. Observe whether the YF9-63 industrial blower fans runs smoothly, and whether there is abnormal noise and vibration.
5.Fan Maintain
Clean the dust on the surface of the YF9-63 forward curved blades and filter screen every month to prevent blockage and affect the air volume.
Check whether the anchor bolts and flanges of the YF9-63 single inlet centrifugal blower are loose every quarter and tighten them in time.
Regularly add lubricating oil to the lubricating transmission parts of the YF9-63 small centrifugal fans and blowers to reduce friction and wear.
