3.Product Description
GWL type industrial centrifugal fan for food drying or baking is an efficient hot air circulation equipment specially designed for betel nut processing industry, suitable for betel nut drying, baking, sterilization and other process links. Through the powerful centrifugal air supply system, the heat is evenly distributed and efficiently transferred to ensure the color, taste and quality stability of betel nut during processing. The product adopts high temperature resistant material and precision dynamic balancing technology to adapt to the harsh working environment of high temperature and high humidity.
4.Fan Operation
Site preparation: Select a well-ventilated for kitchen fan & extractor fans, dry area away from flammable materials, and ensure that there is enough space around the device (at least 1 meter is recommended) for easy maintenance.
Connect the pipe to the air inlet: Connect the air inlet of the betel nut drying box. The diameter of the pipe must match that of the oven extractor fan. Avoid sharp bends (recommended elbow Angle ≤45°) to reduce air resistance. Air outlet: to the outdoor or exhaust gas treatment system, the pipe interface is sealed with sealant or flange gasket to prevent air leakage.
Power matching: Confirm that the rated voltage of the motor (such as 380V three-phase power) is consistent with the field power supply.
5.Fan Maintain
Regularly clean the inside and outside of the GWL type centrifugal kitchen extractor fan to prevent ash accumulation.
Regularly check whether the motor and transmission parts of GWL type centrifugal kitchen extractor fan are working properly, and replace the worn parts in time.
