1.Typical Feature and Application
The shell of Y5-47 high temperature blower is made into an overall structure. For the induced draft fan, the dust cleaning door is opened on the spiral plate and properly thickened to prevent soot wear and prolong its service life.
The air inlet of Y5-47 high temperature blower is in the shape of convergent flow line and is bolted to the air inlet side of the housing.

4.Fan Operation
Ensure that the foundation is smooth and strong, and can withstand the weight of the Y5-47 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan and vibration during operation.
Place the base of the Y5-47 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan smoothly on the foundation, and then fix the base through the anchor bolts, and the bolts should be evenly tightened.
Install the main body of the Y5-47 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan on the base to ensure that the shell is closely connected with the air inlet and air outlet to avoid air leakage.
Connect the air inlet and air outlet of the Y5-47 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan to the system air duct to ensure that the connection is well sealed to avoid air leakage or vibration.
Perform electrical wiring according to the motor wiring diagram to ensure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the motor, and the wiring is firm and reliable.
5.Fan Maintain
Regularly clean the inside and outside of the Y5-47 high cfm centrifugal blower to prevent ash accumulation.
Regularly check whether the motor and transmission parts of Y5-47 high temperature blower are working properly, and replace the worn parts in time.
